Agri.cycle Introduces New Tower Bag
Following the consistent increase in the number of cartridges being recycled over the last three years and an growing number of larger shoots choosing to recycle their cartridges, Agri.cycle has introduced the new “Tower Bag”. The ‘Tower Bag’ reduces the amount of space taken by shooting grounds to store cartridges between collections and keeps yards tidy as well as providing a more effective and efficient way of transporting cartridges back to Agri.cycle headquarters in Lincolnshire.
The new bags have proven to be very popular with two new grounds signing up on the first day that the bags were launched. The Tower Bag can hold as many as 98,000 spent shotgun cartridges – four and a half times more than the largest bag Agri.cycle could previously offer to customers. The ergonomic design of the bag provides the extra capacity is due to the unique dimensions, namely 2.2m tall and 1m2 wide.
Last year Agri.cycle handled almost 16 million cartridges at their processing plant and with the help of the Tower Bag, they hope to recycle even more in 2016. Agri.cycle is the UK’s only processing site for recycling spent shotgun cartridges.
Agri.cycle Managing Director, Robert Moore is stated, “Having had success with our Dumpy bags which we offer to large farms, we wanted to offer the same efficiency to larger shoots. We hope that the new design will be as popular as our Dumpy bag, which is well liked by our Farm Plastic waste customers and we are positive that the Tower bag is the way forward for large shoots. We are delighted that the new Tower Bags has received such a positive response. ”
