Agri.cycle Congratulates Customers in Farmers Weekly Awards 2009
Agri.cycle would like to congratulate customers who have either won or are runners up in the Farmers Weekly Awards 2009.
Nick Padwick who manages the Co-operative Farms Stoughton Estate in Leicestershire. Nick has won the Overall Farmer of the Year and Farm Manager of the Year.
Charlie Baker of RC Baker in Oxfordshire who are a family run contract service, near Banbury, Oxfordshire, with over 30 years experience in both farming and the use of machinery. Charlie has won Contractor of the Year and Agri.cycle are also pleased that RC Baker Ltd have diversified to become a franchise of theirs for agricultural waste plastic recycling.
Russell Armstrong, Farm Manager at the Co-operatives Coldham Estate in Cambridgeshire. Russell has been awarded Green Energy Farmer of the Year for making energy an intrinsic part of the culture at the Coldham Estate.
James Price of DVH Price and Son, Perdiswell Farm Oxfordshire. He runs an arable, composting and precision farming operation and was awarded Young Farmer of the Year.
Richard Bramley of Manor Farm York is Runner Up in the Countryside Farmer of the Year Category.
Gill and Tom Mellor from Hunmanby Grange in Yorkshire are Runners Up in the Diversification Farmer of the Year Category.
